Q. How do I schedule a shift with Assured?

A. You may call our office or email one of our schedulers to make your request.  You may call us last minute and we will do our best to meet your needs or you may schedule ahead and have a confirmed healthcare provider for your needs.

Q. Can you staff Pharmacists? Certified Medical Assistants?

A.  Yes. We have Pharmacists and CMAs as well as Physicians, Nurses and Certified Nurse Assistants.

Q. What do I do if I must cancel a shift?

A. You must call the office at 847-775-7445 to cancel shifts. We require a minimum of two hour’s notice for cancellations.

Q. What if I don’t have an agreement with Assured Healthcare but I need some help figuring out care? Can I call?

A. You may call us with questions. We have expertise in patient care that we are willing to provide at any time!

Q. Can you cover special programs, picnics, and field trips for schools?

A. Yes. Assured Healthcare nurses staff special events to administer first-aid to participants and field trips to supervise students with medical needs.

Q. What type of licenses does Assure Healthcare have?

A. Illinois Department of Public Health Home Services and Home Agency Licenses, Illinois Department of Labor Nurse Agency and municipal license to do business.

Q. Are you bonded and insured?

A. Yes. We are both bonded and insured.

Q. Are your employees’ backgrounds screened?

A. Yes. All our employees go through background checks and drug screens along with other testing. Also, we check the standing of our employees’ licenses and certifications in the IDPH database each month.
